
NVQ’s Construction Courses

The level 6 Diploma is for construction site managers who want to get an NVQ management certificate through a formal, old-fashioned course.
The course consists of two on-site assessment visits and six one-day taught modules spread out over the course of six months.
Through the course, you gain the confidence you need to do your management tasks well.

The content of the NVQ’s Level 6 Diploma in Construction Site Management consists of six modules and two in-person assessment visits. You study one module every month, and it should take you 12 months to earn the qualification.
Introductory material, NVQ training, and health and safety.
Management and leadership
Customer service and communication
Sustainability and the environment
Logistics, programming, and planning.
Resource administration (cost, cash, and risk).
On-site evaluation
Final on-site evaluation.

A portfolio is a tool that you build based on the knowledge you gain from each lesson and evidence from your job.
Two onsite assessments lasting one day each.
